Why us
What we commit to, in writing
Most of this page is numbers you can hold us to rather than adjectives. Where a claim needs a caveat, the caveat is on the page.
Our difference
Six things that are true here and often not elsewhere
Service lines under one contract
Web, QA, leads and engines, enterprise IT from AI to cybersecurity, plus dispatch, ads and AdSense, with one account contact across all of them.
Regions with their own price tables
US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe, each with authored pricing rather than a live currency conversion.
Dispatch desk coverage
Overnight and weekend cover for breakdowns, delivery issues and next-day booking.
Notice period, never longer
No multi-year lock-in on any service. If we are not earning the fee you should be able to leave.
Mobile Lighthouse target
A build acceptance criterion on every site we ship, not an aspiration in a proposal.
Code and accounts you own
Repositories, ad accounts, design files and test suites stay in your name from day one.
Process
From enquiry to a reporting rhythm
Dispatch moves faster than this. Build projects follow it closely.
- 01Same day
Tell us the situation
Use the estimate calculator or the contact form. Either way you get a range and an honest read on whether we are the right fit.
- 022-4 days
Scope and price it
A consultation to confirm the detail, then a written scope with acceptance criteria and a firm price for your region.
- 03Week 1
Start the work
A named lead, a kickoff, and access to the environment or desk where the work happens. Dispatch starts in three days.
- 04Ongoing
Report and adjust
Weekly for retainers, monthly at minimum, with the metric that matters to you rather than a vanity dashboard.
Guarantees and SLAs
The response times we hold ourselves to
Each row names how it is measured, because a service level nobody measures is a slogan.
| Commitment | Standard | Measured by |
|---|---|---|
| First response to any enquiry | Within 4 business hours | CRM timestamp |
| Dispatch desk answer time | Under 90 seconds, 24/7 | Call system report |
| Critical production incident response | Within 1 hour, any day | Incident log |
| Standard support ticket resolution | 2 business days | Ticket system |
| Reporting cadence | Weekly for retainers, monthly minimum | Delivered report |
| Invoice submission after delivery | Same business day | Factoring submission log |
| Notice period to cancel | 30 days, either direction | Contract term |
| Handover on exit | Repos, accounts and docs within 5 days | Handover checklist |
Compare us
Against a typical agency, and against hiring
Written as fairly as we can. In-house wins on some rows and we have not hidden those.
| Texas Solutions | Typical agency | In-house | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to start | Days | 4-8 weeks | 3-6 months to hire |
| Services covered | All thirteen under one contract | One or two specialisms | Whatever you hire for |
| Contract lock-in | 30 days notice | 6-12 month minimum | Employment commitment |
| Who owns the accounts | You, always | Often the agency | You |
| Regional pricing | Five authored price tables | One currency, converted | Not applicable |
| After-hours coverage | 24/7 dispatch desk | Business hours | Overtime cost |
| Cost at small scale | Retainer from the low thousands | Minimums often higher | Full salary plus overhead |
| Knowledge if someone leaves | Documented, team covers | Account manager churn | Leaves with them |
Pricing philosophy
Why the numbers are on the website
Pricing that only appears after a discovery call usually appears higher. Ours is published, per region, and the calculator reads the same tables.
Ranges, not single numbers
A single figure before scope is known is a guess dressed as a quote. We publish the range and narrow it with you.
Five authored tables
Each region has its own figures. We do not convert currency live, because conversion implies a precision we do not have.
Derived figures are flagged
Canadian and European numbers are scaled from US and UK benchmarks. The pricing page says so on the page, not in a footnote.
The fee base is stated
Dispatch is a stated percentage of weekly gross with no flat rate: 5-6% for semis, 8-10% for small trucks. AdSense uplift is measured against an agreed baseline. Ads fees are the lower of flat or percentage.
Security and compliance
How we handle your data
Written for a buyer doing due diligence rather than for a badge wall.
Encryption in transit and at rest
HTTPS everywhere with HSTS, and lead data encrypted at rest in the CRM and in our own systems.
Role-based access
CMS, ad accounts and client systems use least-privilege roles, reviewed quarterly and revoked at offboarding within one business day.
Form protection
Rate limiting, bot challenge via Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side validation on every public form.
Data retention
Lead records retained for 24 months by default unless you specify otherwise, then deleted. Deletion requests honoured within 30 days.
Subprocessors disclosed
Every third-party tool that touches client data is listed in the privacy policy, with its purpose and location.
Incident response
A written incident process with a one-hour response target for critical issues and notification obligations under GDPR and US state law.
Hold us to the numbers on this page
If a service level here matters to your decision, it goes into the agreement. Start with a range and a conversation.
