We charge a percentage of net monthly collections: 4-7% for medical practices and 5-8% for dental practices, depending on specialty, claim volume and payer mix. On USD 50,000 of monthly collections at 4-7%, that is about USD 2,000-3,500 a month. The final percentage is confirmed in writing after a free billing review.
