Texas Solutions provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers. Texas Solutions is not a motor carrier and is not a freight broker. These terms govern your use of this website; paid dispatch service is governed by the signed Texas Solutions dispatch agreement, which controls if the two ever conflict.
We search available freight, review lanes and deadhead, communicate and negotiate with brokers, and help keep rate confirmations and dispatch information organized. You approve every load, lane and rate. We do not book freight you have not authorized.
You are responsible for maintaining active operating authority and insurance, for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, for the safe and lawful operation of your equipment, and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide to us.
Dispatch service is percentage-based under the terms agreed to in your dispatch agreement. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription. Pricing is discussed directly with each carrier before paid service begins.
Freight volume, rates, operating costs, market conditions and carrier performance vary. Texas Solutions does not guarantee any specific load volume, rate, revenue or earnings. Any sample lanes or rates shown on this website are illustrative only and are not an offer of freight.
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability arising from dispatch service is addressed in the dispatch agreement.
