We collect the information you give us when you submit the carrier application or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, MC or DOT number, equipment type, preferred lanes, and any documents you choose to upload. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit on this site.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to provide and administer dispatch services, to communicate with brokers on loads you approve, to keep dispatch paperwork organized, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

3. SMS messaging

If you opt in, we send conversational and service-related SMS messages to the number you provide, including responses to your inquiry and dispatch-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving dispatch services.

Texas Solutions does not sell or transfer mobile opt-in information or SMS consent to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your inquiry to lead buyers. We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for: with brokers and shippers on loads you approve, with service providers who host our systems or handle communications on our behalf, and where required by law.

5. Retention & security

We keep carrier records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices
